can I expect my reading?
Usually within
3 to 5 days.
Occasionally, it might take a little longer if the reader you
have chosen is popular and has many readings to do. If there is
any reason for a long delay, then we will contact you to let you
know.
When
can I expect my postal reading?
This depends
upon where in the world you live. Mailed readings are sent via
air mail, which may be anything from 3 days upwards on top of
the time taken for the reader to complete your reading (see previous
question).
I
haven't received my reading and I'm getting no response to my
emails - why?
We do respond
to emails that are sent to us at hark.net.au and notification
of the completion of your reading is sent out as soon as it has
been completed by the reader. If you have not received a notification
or a response from us, the most common reasons are usually related
to the email system.
Here are some
things you can do to make sure that your emails get through and
that you are able to receive replies:
- Check that
the email address you are sending to is correct
- Make sure
that you supply us with your correct email address when you
order a reading (check the email address carefully as you type
it in to the online form).
- Make sure
that your "return to" address is set correctly in
your own email program - anyone replying to your email will
automatically pick up this email address. (If you don't know
how to check this - look in your email program's help section).
- Check if
your mailbox is full. This won't stop you sending out emails
but a full mailbox means you aren't going to get any replies
back! (This is a very common problem).
- Check what
the size limit on your emails is or whether attachments are
allowed. Some emails may be blocked because they are too big
or because of attachments.
- Check any
spam filters or firewall software, that they are not being too
restrictive. It may be that your software is over-zealous and
not allowing through emails from certain addresses or because
they look a bit "spam-like".

Are
the readers on this site genuine?
We believe
them to be or they wouldn't be working through our web site. Before
we set up an affiliate reader on our web site, we ask them to
do a reading for us and we satisy ourselves that they have something
to offer clients and that they are genuine. This
is not a guarantee about their service or accuracy for every reading
- no-one can make a 100% accurate claim with honesty. However,
we feel all the readers have genuine ability.
Which
reader is best?
People sometimes
have difficulty in deciding which reader to choose and there is
no one answer to fit all people. There is no one "best reader"
on our site - they all have different abilities. Some are better
at channeling from spirit, some focus on guidance, some use tools
such as the tarot or astrology to forecast likely events in the
future.
The advice
I give to most people who are un-decided about which reader to
choose, is to go to the one that you are most drawn to. Your own
intuition will guide you to the person who has the right answers
for you at this time in your life. Sometimes it may be just one
thing that you need to hear and you will usually be drawn to the
reader that can supply it.
So when choosing
a reader, let go of the intellect or thinking part of you and
go with your "gut feeling".
How
can I get the best from my reading?
Make sure
that you give accurate information - if you type in the wrong
date of birth for an astrology chart or reading for example, it
will affect your chart or reading!
Be clear about
the questions that you ask. Clear questions will result in clearer
answers.
Don't ask
about someone else's future other than if it relates specifically
to you. Asking if your child will be successful or happy in their
life, whether Auntie May will re-marry or asking what is going
on in your ex-lover's life is not a reading about you. This is
not the same as asking "how can I help my child be successful
in life?" or "will my ex-lover come back to me?"
These are questions that relate to you. Your reading will be more
focussed when the questions are centred around you and what is
going on in your life.

can't I login to access my reading?

When you place
an order for a reading with one of the readers on our web site,
you are sent an order reference number and password, along with
a link to the login page. The order reference number and password
boxes on this page ARE CASE SENSITIVE ie you have to type in the
characters EXACTLY as they were supplied to you. Otherwise you
will get an error message telling you that your password is invalid.
I
accessed my reading once, but now I can't - why?
We don't have
the space to keep readings available on the web site forever,
so once you have accessed your completed reading, it will normally
be removed after 7 days. It is important that you print, copy
or email the reading to yourself, if you wish to keep it.
The exception
is if you have asked a reader to clarify something, in which case
your reading will continue to be available, for as long as is
necessary to deal with your queries.
How
do I send hand prints for a Palmistry Reading?
When
sending Photocopies -
I would like the photocopies of both front and back of both hands,
with your fingers held together/ straight, marked appropriately
left & right . I also want photocopies of the little finger
edge of your hands, marked appropriately left & right.
Usually good line definition can be achieved by having your hands
slightly relaxed when you photocopy. Better results can be acheived
when you barely touch the glass of the photocopier. Just play
with the light and dark control until your achieve the best results.
When emailing photo-scanned images -
I would like the scanned image files named left & right of
both front and back of both hands with your fingers held together/
straight. I also want scanned images of the little finger edge
of your hands, file named left & right.
Usually good line definition can be achieved by having your hands
slightly relaxed when you place your hands on the scanner. Better
results can be achieved when you barely touch the glass of the
scanner. Just play with the light and dark control until your
achieve the best results.
Please email each scanned image file as attachment, in a separate
email, to aid my computer processes this end. Please keep the
files sizes down to a moderate size - eg 500KB (Half a MEG).
When emailing camera images -
I would like the camera image files of both front and back of
both hands, with your fingers held together/ straight, appropriately
named left & right . I also want camera image files of the
little finger edge of your hands, appropriately named left &
right .
Usually good line definition can be achieved by having your hands
slightly relaxed when you place your hands on the scanner. Please
email each scanned image file as an attachment, in a separate
email, to aid my computer processes this end. Please keep the
files sizes down to a moderate size - eg 500KB (Half a MEG).
